IMaCS Virtus Global Partners and Chatsworth Securities, LLC have announced a strategic relationship to provide investment banking and advisory services to companies, and strategic and financial investors with interest in the US and India.
The tie-up will lead to integration of their services as well as through coordinated marketing and sales activities. The firms will jointly offer private and public capital raising, M&A advisory as well as India entry consulting to clients in the US, India and elsewhere.
