Customer experiences, engagement characterise loyalty programmes, say panellists

The VCCircle India Loyalty Conclave 2016 saw curators from Starbucks, American Express, HDFC Bank and Myntra speak about how the focus of loyalty programs has shifted from rewards per se, to customer experiences. Moreover, panellists also spoke about adopting the right channels to reach out to consumers and moving away from discounts to better engage with them.
